- I a short while ago purchased this pan to use on a gas stove top. I happen to be very pleased w it! You never use based on med. heat, the temp is evenly diffused , food is cooked w out a lot of messy cleanup position and the pan itself is easy to completely clean ! One night we had just started barbecuing outside and ran out of gas-we completed “grilling” our steaks on our new Calphalon pan and they were delightful! The price was well worth every penny, and it has a lifetime warranty! We ‘ve made chicken, salmon, steak – it’s amazing ! I commend it for an easy and delicious way to grill inside.
- I love this Calphalon nonstick grill pan. It works just like I waited and wanted it to. Clean up is a breeze. Also, the price was very good . - I ‘ve been cooking quite a bit with this set and do commend them to the casual cook and or the professional.

I cooked at friends studio a couple weeks ago on a crappy electric range and the tuna steak we were cooking turned out complete like I was cooking at home on my gas range. I use it for every little thing! Most times, I just wash it and put it right back on the stove since I know I’ll be demanding it again right away. I can fit 6-8 pieces of bacon on it at one time, 4 pieces of toast, or 4 rather awesome pancakes. It’s a dream come true if you fix breakfast often. They cook in a minute on low-medium shortly after the pan is warmed up first as the managements state. It cleans off with the wipe of a paper towel. Of course, later I wash it too! I got calphalon nonstick cookware set as a wedding gift and have been nothing at all but happy with them since the first time I used calphalon nonstick cookware. The calphalon nonstick cookware interior is wonderful. I have cooked a few unlike matters including ground beef, pasta sauces, pasta, and mac and cheese. The meat embrowned nicely and never stuck to the pan (unlike my old aluminum pans where it would burn to the bottom). I even think the water boils faster … maybe it is just in my head, but I think the pans circulate heat more equally and the water boils faster.

I like the glass lids so I may see inside the pan. I are able to tell if the subject matters are boiling or simmering (whichever is called for in the recipe).

I blocked about the pasta sauce in the pan nightlong and it cleaned out easily the next morning… just a quick rinse and it was clean. The cheese from the mac and cheese wasn’t even a problem a problem I let that sit, too (I ‘m not incisively the quickest at cleaning up), but it followed right off with no extra endeavor .
